You know what sucks about the internet? Today my firefox updated to 3.0.6 and the buttons suddenly stopped working.

How can you claim it works in 95% of browsers when it does not work in my FF3/Windows, IE6/Windows or Google Chrome/Windows.

OK Chrome is the closest to a decent render, but it still does not work…..

Doesn’t work on FF3/Windows here either (the middle row of buttons are all overlayed on each other).

Contrary to the comment above, it’s broken on FF 3.0.6 on Mac (OS X 10.5.5).

On the Mac – seems to work great on FF3 — doesn’t work on Safari 2 at all. Definitely a nice job… would like too see some Safari support though.

I think IE7+ would be fine. Based on my own server stats IE usage is certainly on the decline anyway.

People should not be using IE6. It has to die sooner or later.

Oh well, just when you start having some faith in a browser it fails you again.

And I still think they took too long to develop this, because even if it takes me another 40 hours to get this thing working in IE7 it will still be a lot less time spent than what the google guys are saying they've spent.

Works nicely in FF3, doesnt even load or fail gracefully in IE6.

As already said above, there is no point in having a go at other developers for taking a while to develop something when you have only done half the work (getting it to work in ALL the browsers is at least half the work in CSS / Javascript scripting, even when you use frameworks.)

95% success rate? Now 90%. And thanks very much, but I’d rather have 100% success rate. Maybe you should have spent the extra time to do QA like Google does.

Consider firing up a second browser before blasting other developers for taking a long time to develop something.
