About sleep paralysis, I had those too, but mine weren't so pleasant as yours, mine were about some strange forces trying to drag me out of my body, and some freaking ghost or something...once i was floating around my bedroom and I could see me...now it came to the point that I am aware of me being in sleep paralysis whenever I am experiencing floating or circular movements of my body around my z axis (7200 rpm! no shit.), and I learned how to fight it...the feeling is always like some deamon possesed me and Im trying to fight it off. Nice! I will try ‘em some day. I experienced something like 2 (besides paralysis I felt my body is 1m around me and I am heavy as rock) and 5 (but it wasn't emotional but more existential) plus some other stuff at the most extreme case I got while experimenting with "meditation" techniques.
