Se spomnite, dnevne skice… tiste, ki bi naj bile posodobljene vsak dan tamkaj pod sliko s kamere? No spremenile so se v sem-pa-tja skice, precej patetiÄno.
Razlog ni, da bi bila oseba, ki jih riše lena ali še huje lenobno nastrojena, razlog je bolj v tem, da dan nekako nima dovolj ur, še veÄ, nima dovolj ur v katerih bi se dotiÄna oseba poÄutila dovolj kreativno. Odkar je potrebno vstajati ob šestih zjutraj, kolesariti na lekcije vožnje, voziti v neumnih in popolnoma nepomembnih smereh, kolesariti v službo, biti produktiven deset ur, kolesariti domov in se nabasati s hranilnimi vrednostmi; nekako ne ostane veÄ veliko produktivnosti. NoÄi se po nenavadnih nakljuÄjih porabijo za spanje ali internet. Precej patetiÄno v bistvu.
Le upamo lahko, da je bil ta teden nekakšna aklimacijska doba in se bo sedaj vse vrnilo nazaj v utećene tirnice. Vsaj dnevne skice upam, da bodo posodobljene vsak dan, bom paÄ popil še veÄ kofeiniranih stvari, da bo to realizirano.

Daily sketches huh. THe ones that are supposed to be refreshed every day under the webcam image… Yes they have kind of turned into now and anon sketches, terribly sorry about that. It’s not that the eprson doing them is utterly lazy, it has more to do with there only being so many hours in the day and what’s more, there being only so many hours in the day when said person can be productive.
It used to be simple, go to school, rest for those five or six hours, come home and be productive. But oh no, it can’t be thus at the time of summer vacation, oh no indeed. Right now it’s more like get up at six in the morning bycicle to the driving lesson, driv earound in useless directions, bycicle to work; be productive for ten straight hours, bycicle home, eat nutrition. Spend time online catching up on internet events, sure there’s some of this at work, but you know, not that much.
Somehow that arrangement is leaving me too knackered to actually sketch, verily this was just because of the adjustment buffer and hopefully the organism has now adjusted to this rhythm of living and everything should be back to normal; at least as far as producing daily sketches go, which should thusly become daily.

Tole je bila zelo dolga novica, vendar pa ker je FireFox izredno neumen in je popacal session je stran izjavila, da nisem administrator in pojedla celoten tekst. ÄŒe se vam bere, ga imate v anglešÄini … kdorkoli pa izdeluje FF naj se gre impalat (kdor ne ve kaj to pomeni naj si na wikipedii pogleda kaj je Vlad Tepes delal s svojimi jetniki)

Wow, such a long time since there were any news reported here, not that there wasn’t any news, just that I kept putting it off for fear of having a lot to say, you know how it is. So expect something a bit longer this time because there is much to tell and the hardest part always is trying to find a suitable place to start… so let’s start from the beginning eh.
Roughly around the time of hte last news post I got a job which now takes 10 hour sout of my day with another two hour sfor commuting, I’ve never had to commute in my life, and it sucks, commuting is stupid. Takes too long and accomplishes almost nothing. The job, though, is simply magnificent, love every minute of it, really. This is some personalish news, now for more intersting things shall we.
A few days ago, or possibly even a week, who couild tell, I got a new book. A book that I have been waiting for for a long time. It is the book of Inverloch. It was a magnificent read, anyone who doesn’t have it shoudl buy one r at least go check out the webcomic. The story is quite nice and the art pretty much superb; in fact it is one of the few manga comics I can stand.
There were a bit many downsides to the book though, so it doesn’t get a perfect ten, a seven perhaps. The thing that stood out the most were some typos in the artist’s blabber, I’m sorry, but when you publish a book you take care that there are no typos. Now I could understand there being a few typos in a hundred page novel, but at least two in just as many pages? That’s just sloppy.
Which brings us to another point, I was expecting there to be a lot of artist’s commentary, perhaps even on particular chapters or something. But all I got from the book were three pages (with illustrations) of a comment and two pages of extra comics, that are online just aswell. I was expecting a bit more from the first printed edition of Inverloch, but oh well, still quite lovely (a bit short too).

Next item on the list, Opera 9. The next version of the magnificent browser that I adore is come a few days ago. Now it’s great and all, but somehow it fails to impress. When I first opened it up I was all hyped up about new features and possibilites, of the new open windows of bright opportunity… and the final reaction was "What this is it?".
Don’t get me wrong, all the fixes they did to the parsin are awesome, it even passes the dreaded Acid2 test now and supposedly has support for WYSIWYG editors (although I’m somehow not getting this functionality). But there is just something missing, there is no shiny.
The biggest thing they added are the widgets, and so far they have proven pretty much useles. There are none to be found that woudl have any usable value and the implementation is somehow lacking, something just doesn’t quite snap right.
A great asset to thsoe who are into the developing business is the new and improved error reproter who nowadays reports everythign from javascript to CSS errors. Magnificent really … but soemwhat hard to decypher and completely useless and baffling to average users. It probably only scares them without providing any valuable information.
Probably the best thing that was added is the tooltip preview that appears upon hovering over a tab, showing a small thumbnail of the page and some basic information, great for finding a certain website amongst many tabs.
Lastly, on the 22nd or something the lates Pure Pwnage episode has been released, episode 11. This show is absolutely wonderful and you are a blasphemer if you have not yet watched any of the episodes. I watched this last one roughly an hour after it became freely publically available, it was available before for paying folks, and I was a bit let down by this one. It might’ve bene that I was not in the mood but it did not seem as funny as some of the older ones and if you ask me it was a bit incoherent. There was no actual plot and there seemed to be very little actual script… or perhaps the execution of the script was just not that good. I blame the director/writer of the show… everyone knows that Kyle is just a noob.

VÄeraj, ko sem šel domov od paÄ nekje, sem ob cesti opazil dva modela, ki sta se pregovarjala prek manjšega avtotrka, bel Ford inu nek temen avto, Äe se prav spomnim, sem pomilsil nekaj v stilu, heh, nekje moje starosti. Ozrl sem se in se usral. Še pred letom dni bi si mislil, da sta velika starca, ker že imata avto in podobne stvari. A se res že tako staram ali kaj? To mora biti nekaj narobe…
Uglavnem, kljub temu, da sem kot kaže prestrašen starÄek, to, kot kaže, še ne pomeni, da sem kaj bolj moder inu ne len, saj sem dobrešenj del zadnjih dveh dni porabil s prebiranjem tegale arhiva. To seveda pomeni, da nisem risal stripa. Res je folk, niti ena sama Ärta stripa še ni narisana, kar neizbežno pomeni, da ne bo izšel v kratkem, kot bi lahko bilo priÄakovati po prebiranju neke dotiÄne izjave, ampak da bo izšel nihÄe ne ve kdaj. Res je, da bo e vedno ob pravem Äasu, saj se bo v mesecu juniju, vendar kdaj v tem mesecu vam pa ne morem povedat.

Yesterday as I was going home from… somewhere… I saw two dudes arguing over a minor collision of their cars, a white Ford and a darkish something if I recall correctly, I thought to myself, heh they’re my age group. Then it hit me. Even only a year ago I would have thought that they are old geezers compared to me. Is it reall happening? Am I really getting old? I don’t want to be old, this is damn scary.
Anyway, now that I’m a scared old bastard, this apparently does not mean that I am any the wiser or anything like that, mainly so because I spent a good part of the last two days reading through these archives and not working on the comic at all. That’s right folks, not even a single line of it has been drawn, which means that the update is not really due any minute as was expected but rather… postponed indefinitely. Sure, it will by "on time" as it will be in the month of June, but when in the month of June noone can predict, hopefully very soon.

Danes je za storiti nekaj oznanitev… je to sploh beseda… nobena od le-teh ni velicastna vendar tudi nobena ni nevelicastna, torej naj se oznanjanje kar pricne.
- Druga epizoda stripa Cthulhu je bila finalizirana kar se tice scenarija in bo najverjetneje koncana in nalozena do konca tedna, ce seveda ne bosta delo inu sola pojedla prevec tako zelo potrebnega casa, ki je potreben za izdelavo epizode. Nacrtovano je bilo, da bi danes pokazal skico osebka, ki bo nastopal v tej epizodi vendar do tega nekako ni prislo.
- Skupek direktorjev te strani… heh zanimiva misel… se je odlocil, da se bodo zacele delati vsakodnevne skice, ki se bodo po srecnem naklucju znasle na tej strani v taki ali drugacni obliki. Najverjetneje so bo ustvarjal thumbnail, ki bo dnevno osvezen pocival v kakem od stranskih stolpcev. Danes dobite prvo, potem pa se bodo dnevne osvezitve zacele, ko se pac bodo.

Today there are some announcements to be made, nothing too grand, but nothing ungrand just the same. So let’s to the beginning.
- Episode 2 of Cthulhu has had the script finalised and it should be finished and uploaded by the end of the week, if of course work and study won’t suck up too large amounts of the much needed time to do so. Wanted to give you a sketch of a guest character, but you get nothing of the kind right now, sorry.
- A decision has been made by the board of directors for this site… heh that was a funny though… to start producing daily sketches and post them somewhere on the site, you get one sketch today and then sketches will soon begin daily with a thumbnail in one of the sidebars. Hopefully they will be entertaining and the one making them will have time to keep it up.
