I'd say that if you car steers on it's own, the problem is in the tyers (them not being centred that is...) or you have a miss aligned steering-wheel shaft. The other day, we were driving as fast as we were allowed to and seriously, driving only with 50kmph makes it much more likely to fall asleep behind the wheel. The other factor is alcohol.
